Tyson Fury makes an impressive comeback against Arslanbek Makhmudov. Afterwards, the words fly towards AJ – and the scene is boiling.

Tyson Fury celebrated a convincing comeback in front of a sell-out crowd at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The “Gypsy King” dominated over the full distance against Arslanbek Makhmudov and secured a clear points victory. As soon as the fight was over, Fury turned his attention to the future – and directly to Anthony Joshua. He was sitting at ringside and was promptly verbally challenged. The scene was more reminiscent of wrestling than classic boxing, but once again fueled the discussion about the long-awaited mega-fight. In sporting terms, Fury’s victory brings him back into the top 10 in the heavyweight division. The “Gypsy King” climbs straight back into third place in The Ring rankings – behind champion Oleksandr Usyk as well as Fabio Wardley and Agit Kabayel in first and second place.
There was also movement on the undercard: Conor Benn prevailed over Regis Prograis in an intense ten-round fight, making an impressive comeback. At the same time, Tenshin Nasukawa provided an exclamation mark in Japan. After his defeat last year, he stopped legend Juan Francisco Estrada in round nine and underlined his potential on the big stage. The result: movement in several weight classes – a total of five divisions are affected by the latest developments. A boxing weekend that not only delivered big names, but also rearranged the hierarchies.
