Felix Langberg (15-2-0, 14 knockouts) at yesterday’s press conference in Rostock about his next opponent Dennis Lewandowski (19-6-0, 9 knockouts). The local hero (most recently weighing around 110 kilos) was quite astonished, as Lewandowski has weighed almost 160 kilos in recent years. In his last ring duel in June 2024, the Greifswald native weighed just under 124 kilos. Lewandowski: “I’ve lost 25 kilos for the fight and I’m going to put the pressure on!”
Battle for the WBF European Championship belt
The two heavyweights will duel at the P2M Boxing Gala in Rostock on Saturday, with the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) European Championship belt at stake. In the main fight of the evening, featherweight Nina Meinke will defend her IBF World Championship belt against Argentina’s Daniela Bermudez.
