Fai Phannarai will be back in the ring on Saturday, February 22! The unbeaten boxer will face the experienced Milena Koleva from Bulgaria in Stuttgart.

“Boxen im Norden” figurehead Fai Phannarai will be back in the ring at the Scharrena in Stuttgart on February 22. The unbeaten super bantamweight (15-0, 6 knockouts) will face the experienced Bulgarian Milena Koleva (10-16-1, 4 knockouts), who has already competed against the likes of Katie Taylor, Caroline Dubois and former IBF World Champion Maiva Hamadouche.
The 36-year-old Koleva is regarded as a physically strong opponent with a high level of resistance. But after an intensive sparring phase with trainer Peter Löwen, Phannarai is well prepared for the fight. The “Diamond” has expanded her repertoire with elements of the Mayweather School and Russian boxing style during the almost ten-month break from the ring.
After the fight in Stuttgart, the Thai-born fighter will make her next appearance in Hamburg’s Große Freiheit on May 1 – but first the WBF World Superbantam Champion wants to prove herself in front of the Stuttgart crowd. The main fight of the event in Swabia is the duel between Altin Zogaj and Alexander Rigas. P2M super middleweight Simon Zachenhuber (25-0, 15 knockouts) and Emre Cukur (23-3-1, 4 knockouts) are other top-class boxers in the ring alongside Phannarai.
