“World market leader in Olympic boxing”: Sting Sports now also equips the boxing federations of Sweden and Switzerland.
From the start of 2025, the Swedish and Swiss federations will also be boxing with equipment from Sting Sports. Both countries have signed a long-term contract with the Australian boxing equipment supplier.
Over 20 nations worldwide now rely on Sting brand equipment, including the USA, Australia, the UK, Spain, Turkey, Poland, the Netherlands and Austria. The boxing outfitter, which has its European headquarters in Limburg an den Lahn, is also an official partner of “World Boxing”. Sting is now the “world market leader in Olympic boxing”, according to a company statement.
Partnership with “World Boxing”
In November 2023, Sting Sports and World Boxing signed an exclusive four-year contract. This agreement stipulates that the company will be the official competition supplier of the new world federation in Olympic boxing and will therefore supply all gloves, protective clothing, hand wraps and training equipment.
