On 30.11.24 the 15th Bounce Fight Night brings together the elite of boxing and promises to be particularly exciting.

This event is dedicated to the memory of their recently deceased initiator and trainer icon Daniel Nader, who passed away on November 6, 2024 after a short, serious illness. “It was his wish that we carry on,” says his brother and ex-professional boxer Marcos Nader. For the Bounce athletes, this event will therefore be a special fight night that honors his passion and commitment to boxing. In his spirit, the prestigious event will be held at the Hotel Intercontinental.
The main fight of the evening is the defense of the WBF World Championship title. Reigning world champion Michaela Kotaskova (10 fights – 8 wins – 2 draws) takes on Swedish challenger Mikaela Lauren (41 fights – 33 wins – 7 losses – 1 draw). Will Kotaskova successfully defend her title to continue her winning streak in other federations? “I will give everything for Daniel,” says the top athlete.
Mobin Kahraze and Fadi Merza back in the ring
In addition to the main fight and 3 other professional guest boxers (including Djamalaj Mezidov and Bujar Tahiri), spectators can look forward to two further top-class encounters. In the second professional fight of his career, the experienced former Thai boxing world champion Fadi Merza (1 fight – 1 win) will step into the ring to gain a foothold in boxing. In addition, undefeated professional boxer Mobin Kahraze (10 fights – 10 wins), currently the biggest talent in Bounce’s professional stable, will demonstrate his skills and wow the crowd with his dynamic fighting style. It will be his final test before an international title fight.
Comeback and new talents in Olympic style
In Olympic boxing, the audience can expect a thrilling international duel between Austria and Cyprus. The match will feature exceptional talents such as two-time European champion Ivan Bezuhlyi (66 kg), two-time national champion Adam Almodares (67 kg) and multi-crowned national champion Michael Derouiche (81 kg), who are all determined to show their class. Particularly exciting is the comeback of experienced bounce star Marcel Meinl (75 kg), who is finally returning to the ring after a lengthy injury. Meinl, who has already taken part in the toughest AIBA tournaments and Olympic qualifiers, is one of the most experienced international athletes in the team. However, the performances of Derouiche, who took part in the U22 European Championships, as well as the recent experiences of Bezuhlyi and Almodares at the EUBC Balkan Championships, show that these bounce boxers are well prepared to compete in the ring at international level and thrill the audience with their skills.
Over the years, Bounce Fight Night has established itself as the largest and most successful fight series in Austria, with both up-and-coming talents and established professionals offering spectators an unforgettable evening. The event will be broadcast live from 18:00 on ORF SPORT PLUS.
