Sarah Bormann, minimumweight champion, will meet WBA world champion Yuko Koroki on October 18. Local hero Albon Pervizaj will also step into the ring at the Fides Sports Mix Fight Gala.

Sarah Bormann (20-1, 7 knockouts) will be in the spotlight on October 18. The German WBO world champion will face Yuko Kuroki (24-8-2, 10 knockouts) in the Wandsbeker Sporthalle in Hamburg. The Japanese fighter holds the WBA title. It is therefore about nothing less than the unification of two world titles at minimum weight.
The martial arts event in the Hanseatic city is organized by Fides Sports Promotion in cooperation with Dreamboxing and Mario Neacsu from IQONIQE Events in cooperation with KOK. The high-class Mix-Fight-Gala will be broadcast live on DAZN, Fightplus, RTK (Kosovan state television) and other channels.
A strong signal for women’s boxing
Sarah Bormann will be brought in by “Ruhe Boxing”, who will take over the management and promotion of her athlete. Fides Sports is deliberately sending out a strong signal with this fight. Women’s boxing is currently experiencing an upswing worldwide and should also be given the stage it deserves here in Germany. The promotion is therefore already in talks with a number of top female athletes who are to be signed in the future.

The fans in Hamburg can also look forward to top-class heavyweight action on October 18: Albon Pervizaj (19-1, 14 knockouts) and Petar Milas (18-1, 14 knockouts) will step into the ring and deliver one of the highlights of the evening. Both want to prove themselves on the international stage and promise spectacular fights. Other up-and-coming names such as Daniel Meyer, Marco Aschenbrenner and Helmut Ofori complete the boxing program and aim to provide sporting variety.
Exciting martial arts mix
The event will also be accompanied by a strong kickboxing program. Among others, Marvin Stepputtis, Tadej Smigoc, Tamim Sharifi, Gideon Adewole, Algan Arslan and Eines Kocak will be competing.
The event will be supported by the experience of IQONIQE Events, which has already celebrated great success with formats such as KOK in Ludwigsburg, the Verti Music Hall in Berlin, the Estrel Berlin and the Große Freiheit in Hamburg. Another new member of the Fides Sports team is Darnell Knoch, who will be supporting the events as Technical Director and ensuring professional processes.
With this mixture of world championship, heavyweight duels and international kickboxing action, Fides Sports Promotion is creating an event that will delight both boxing fans and kickboxing aficionados and underline the gala’s international appeal. Information on tickets and fight pairings will follow in the coming days and weeks.
