New promoter for Yokasta Valle: The WBC mini flyweight champion joins Jake Paul’s MVP.

Yokasta Valle, former three-time world champion and current WBC mini flyweight champion, has a new promoter! The 32-year-old from Costa Rica has joined Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian’s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP). The signing was officially announced at a press conference in her hometown of San José. “Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in my career,” Valle explained. “This is not only a step for me, but for the entire Latin American women’s boxing sport – proof that our stories, our talent and our passion belong on the biggest stages.”
Valle (33 wins, 3 losses, 10 knockouts) follows her younger sister Naomy Valle (14-0, 9 knockouts), who signed with MVP in the spring. She was previously under contract with Golden Boy Promotions, with whom she won several titles. MVP co-founders Bidarian and Paul praised Valle as “one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world” and a role model for young women in Central America. With her, eight of the top 15 P4P fighters are now part of the MVP family, including five from the top ten.
Entrepreneur, model and brand ambassador
Valle has already won world titles in three weight classes (atomweight, mini-flyweight & semi-flyweight) in her career. After a narrow defeat in a unification fight against Seniesa Estrada in 2024, she regained the WBC belt in November of the same year. Most recently, she defeated former super fly world champion Marlen Esparza on points in March 2025 – two weight classes above her traditional limit.
In addition to her boxing career, Valle is also an entrepreneur, model and brand ambassador. With her own promotional company Yoka Sports & Boxing, she specifically promotes young talent, especially young female boxers. “MVP believes in women and that we can fill arenas and break barriers,” says Valle. “This new chapter is for all my fans – we will continue to make history together.”
