On Saturday, the long-awaited P2M Fight Night will finally take place with the world championship fight between Nina Meinke and Daniela Bermudez. DAZN will broadcast all fights live from 4 pm!

P2M featherweight Nina Meinke …
… on the moving time of the last few months: “I’m very happy to have finally arrived in Hamburg, my preparation went very well and I feel very strong physically and mentally. I can’t wait for the fight and I’m really looking forward to Saturday.”
… on her opponent Daniela Bermudez: “Daniela makes a very focused, serious but also very likeable impression on me. I can only emphasize how pleased I am and how much I respect her for agreeing to box 12 rounds of three minutes each. I am sure that we will have a fantastic fight.”
… over twelve times three minutes: “We already went through a preparation for the longer fight duration at the beginning of the year. It was very tough, there is still more sparring. However, I fully support equal rights in women’s sport, so there was no question for me that we would continue with the twelve times three minutes.”
Meinke’s opponent Daniela Bermudez …
… on the World Championship fight: “I am very proud that I will be fighting for a World Championship again. Especially after becoming a mother a few years ago. I’m in top form, very focused and will give everything to return to Argentina with the belt.”
… on Nina Meinke and the city of Hamburg: “Thanks to Nina for the great welcome here, I love this wonderful city. On Saturday night, people will see a great sporting fight between two of the world’s best female boxers. Two warriors who will give each other nothing.”
Heavyweight: Peter Kadiru …
… on his fight: “I want to defend my belt in a very dominant way and show that I am the champ. I’m very grateful that I can defend the title in Hamburg. This is where I was born, grew up and learned to box.”
… on his preparation: “I prepared for my fight in Anthony Joshua’s camp in London. As his main sparring partner, it was the best preparation of my life and I’m in top form.”
… on sparring with two-time world champion Anthony Joshua: “Such experiences are the path to becoming a world champion. What impresses me most about Joshua is how professionally he works and how long and meticulously he prepares for every sparring session.”
Heavyweight Viktor Jurk …
… on his fight: “I’m looking forward to defending my title in the Hanseatic city. I give one hundred percent for every fight and in every preparation. I want to defend the title and see myself as a challenger to remain German champion. Be excited, come along on September 21 and watch a spectacular fight.”
… on his last opponent and his goals: “It was valuable experience against an unpleasant opponent, but I showed my boxing class. My German championship title is a very good step, and a few more steps are sure to follow. The big goal is of course the world title.”
