At the SES Boxing Gala on November 22, 2025 in Chemnitz, Armend Xhoxhaj will fight for the WBO Europe title against Niklas Räsänen in the cruiserweight division – public weigh-in of the fighters on Friday.
The second SES Boxing title fight at “Kraftverkehr Chemnitz” has been confirmed. Nuremberg cruiserweight Armend Xhoxhaj will face Finland’s Niklas Räsänen for the WBO Europe title. Artur Reis and Mateusz Tryc from Poland will contest the main fight for the WBO Europe light heavyweight championship on November 22, 2025.
UPDATE: On Friday, November 21, 2025, the public weigh-in of the boxers will take place. Location: Feel Good Club (Lobby), Dittersdorfer Str. 83, 09120 Chemnitz, time: 15.00 hrs.
The next SES Boxing Gala will once again take place in Chemnitz. After the more than positive response, the many requests for a repeat and the fact that the first editions of the SES event at the “Kraftverkehr Chemnitz” event location were always sold out in the last two years, this was an easy decision.

Chemnitz not only has an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable boxing audience, but will also enrich the SES Boxing Gala on November 22, 2025 with semi-final fights of the 31st Chemnitz International Boxing Tournament in the preliminary round of the professional boxing evening. Kraftverkehr Chemnitz will once again be the very special venue for boxing!
With his last clear victories, he has finally qualified for a title fight again! SES cruiserweight Armend Xhoxhaj (22-4-0, 11 knockouts) now wants to regain the international title he has long sought in Chemnitz with the WBO European Championship. With another victory, the 31-year-old from Nuremberg can soon be ranked among the top 15 world fighters.
However, in Niklas Räsänen (19-4-1, 10 knockouts), the number one in Finland, he has a strong and experienced opponent. Räsänen is certainly pursuing the same goal and wants to take this WBO title back to his home country after several title fights. However, Armend Xhoxhaj can be sure of massive motivation and support from the Chemnitz crowd and his traveling fans.
