Boxing fans from Germany, Austria and Switzerland can expect a real highlight in the night from Friday to Saturday German time ! At 2 a.m. fighting.de will broadcast the top-class event live and free of charge from the Casino Buenos Aires with three top boxers from AGON Sports in the program. Lazaro Álvarez, Erislandy Álvarez and Hamsat Shadalov will enter the ring in the Argentinian capital.
The fights are part of the renowned WBA series “KO Drugs” and promise international excitement at a high level. For AGON, the evening means another big stage to present its talents worldwide – above all the Berlin super featherweight Hamsat Shadalov, who is fighting for his first international WBA title.
At the official weigh-in on Thursday, all AGON boxers were in impressive form. The two Cubans Lazaro and Erislandy Álvarez as well as Shadalov stayed within the limit and exchanged intense glances with their opponents during the face-off. True to the motto: No centimeter is given away. “We are ready. Our guys have given their all in preparation and now it’s showtime,” said AGON matchmaker Flavio Oleaga Mirabal, who organized the fights together with his partners from Sampson Boxing and Tello Box in South America.

AGON promoter Ingo Volckmann adds: “It is important to me that our boxers not only fight at home, but also in foreign locations. We have international ambitions, which is why this series of events fits in very well with our concept. I am delighted that Lazaro, Erislandy and Hamsat will be able to present themselves to an international audience in title fights.”
