Agit Kabayel wants to topple the Undisputed King: “Two undefeated champions – that’s the duel everyone wants to see!”

After Oleksandr Usyk’s dominant knockout victory over Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium, Agit Kabayel has his say. The unbeaten WBC interim world champion was sitting in the front row and was impressed by Usyk’s performance. “He did everything perfectly and stopped him. That’s heavyweight boxing,” Kabayel told Queensberry. Despite his 38 years, Usyk presented himself in top form: with clever footwork, a precise jab and two knockdowns against the younger Dubois in round five.
For Kabayel, who recently defeated Makhmudov, Sanchez and Zhang in Saudi Arabia, a duel with the Ukrainian would be more than just a fight – it would be a showdown between two unbeaten world-class boxers. “He’s number 1, I’m number 4 at The Ring. Why not? I’m 26-0, he’s 24-0, let’s do it,” said the German. For the “Leberking”, this duel would be the “best matchup! Two undefeated champions – that’s the duel everyone wants to see!”
Kabayel is planning a title defense in Germany in the fall – but he would be ready for a fight against the Undisputed champ right away: “Maybe Turki Al-Sheikh will make it possible. I am ready.”
