Our knockout of the week comes from lightweight Floyd Schofield. The super-talented fighter gave former champ Tevin Farmer no chance on the Paul Chavez undercard and ended the fight in round one.

Right from the start, he put the pressure on his 12-year-old compatriot and sent him into the ring dust after just over half a minute. Farmer got up and Schofield followed suit. The next hard right-left combination sent Farmer straight back to the mat. This time Farmer needed a bit of time and was quite wobbly on his feet. Schofield immediately took advantage of this and scored with a brutal left to the head – the end of a very one-sided fight. Floyd Schofield now has 19 wins from 19 professional fights (13 by knockout) and, at just 22 years of age, has a chance of a world championship fight in the near future. With Raymond Muratalla (IBF), Gervonta Davis (WBA) and Shakur Stevenson (WBC), there are plenty of options for the US boxer.
