German heavyweight Nelvie Tiafack put down a strong marker in Montreal, Canada. In the Theatre St-Denis, the Cologne native forced the previously unbeaten Mexican Ramiro Edwin Robles (5-1, 3 knockouts) to retire after four rounds, extending his perfect professional record to 2-0 (2 knockouts).

The Olympic bronze medalist opened the DAZN broadcast in his debut for Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions. In the very first round, Tiafack landed a cracking right to the head that set the tone of the evening as a clear impact punch.

The man from Cologne followed up in the second round, opening with a hard left hook and a short time later landing a quick left-right combination that clearly shook Robles. Tiafack ended the round with a powerful uppercut and had the Mexican completely under control.

Blood was visible on Robles’ face at the start of the third round. After a brief interruption due to a slight low blow, Tiafack continued where he had left off, again hitting with precise right hands to the chin.

After another one-sided exchange in the fourth round, Robles finally remained on his stool and refused to continue the fight. Tiafack thus celebrated a convincing T.K.O. victory and impressively recommended himself for bigger tasks in the heavyweight division.
