Following his arrest in Miami, “Tank” Davis is now facing further trouble: an arrest warrant has been issued in Baltimore for suspected breach of probation.

Gervonta “Tank” Davis’ legal problems are getting bigger. A Baltimore Circuit Court judge issued another warrant for the 31-year-old’s arrest last Monday. Justification: Davis is alleged to have violated conditions of his probation stemming from a hit-and-run case from November 2020. At that time, four people were injured in Baltimore, including a pregnant woman.
The new warrant comes just days after Davis’ arrest in Miami. He was taken into custody there by a task force at the end of January after a warrant was issued in Florida in connection with an incident on October 27, 2025. Davis was subsequently released on bail and, according to the order, is not allowed to have any contact with the woman allegedly involved.
Davis’ lawyer is reportedly requesting that the warrant in Maryland be withdrawn and a subpoena issued instead – coupled with GPS monitoring. In the documents filed, the defense argues that detention in Maryland would massively hinder “Tank” in preparing for the trial in Florida.
