Record purse in London: Oleksandr Usyk collects 132 million dollars in the rematch against Daniel Dubois – it is also a career money highlight for the Briton.

Oleksandr Usyk’s rematch against Daniel Dubois at London’s Wembley Stadium on July 19, 2025 has put him at the top of boxing not only in sporting terms, but also financially. According to reports, the total fight purse amounted to an incredible 203.5 million US dollars – a new record in the heavyweight division.
Usyk, who won the fight with a brutal knockout in the fifth round, pocketed 65% of the total, securing a record payout of 132.28 million US dollars. For the Ukrainian, it is the highest payout of his career – even the two duels with Tyson Fury (114 million US dollars) earned him less.
It was also a milestone for Dubois: at 71.22 million US dollars, the Brit earned almost 15 times his previous career high, which he had reached in 2024 with 4.6 million US dollars in the fight against Anthony Joshua. With this purse, the fight not only set new standards in boxing in sporting terms, but also economically – and underlined the boom in mega-events at Wembley Stadium.
