On February 22, 2025, not only Dubois, Parker, Bivol and Beterbiev will be boxing in Riyadh. According to boxing expert Dan Rafael, Agit Kabayel will also be in the ring.
The fight between Agit Kabayel (25-0, 17 knockouts) and Zhilei Zhang (27-2-1, 22 knockouts) has been officially confirmed. This is reported by boxing expert Dan Rafael. The two heavyweights will face each other on February 22, 2025 on the Saudi card in Riyadh. This will take place as part of the “Riyadh Season”. It will be the third appearance for both fighters in this top-class event series.
Kabayel’s opponent Zhilei Zhang has boxed his way into the limelight after two knockout victories against Joe Joyce and an impressive triumph against Deontay Wilder in June. Against Wilder, Zhang scored a spectacular knockout in the fifth round that all but ended the former champion’s career. Even though Zhang suffered a narrow points defeat to Joseph Parker in March, he is a serious threat with his enormous punching power. Both fighters have proven that they can also deliver on the big stage. Zhang brings knockout power and the experience of a veteran. The undefeated “Liver King” from Germany has shown in his last fights that he is currently one of the best heavyweights on the planet.
