British Olympic boxer Delicious Orie has signed a long-term contract with Queensberry Promotions. The talented heavyweight joins the ever-growing ranks of Frank Warren’s top boxers.

Delicious Orie won gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the super heavyweight category and also secured bronze at the European Championships. In 2024, the 27-year-old was regarded as Britain’s main medal hope for the Olympic Games in Paris, but a controversial points defeat to Davit Chaloyan put an early stop to his dream.
Orie trains at Steel City Gym in Sheffield under the guidance of Grant Smith and is now looking to turn professional. His signing by Queensberry Promotions further strengthens Frank Warren’s influence in the British heavyweight division. Warren already manages stars such as Tyson Fury, Daniel Dubois and the promising talent Moses Itauma. He also works with Joe Joyce, Fabio Wardley, Derek Chisora, Lawrence Okolie and , most recently, German heavyweight hope Agit Kabayel.
Orie has big shoes to fill with his move to the professional ranks – but with his talent and experience, he has the potential to make a splash on the heavyweight scene.
