Undefeated and unstoppable: Agit Kabayel is set to return to the ring in Germany this fall – Frank Warren is planning a top-class boxing event!

After his spectacular victories in Saudi Arabia, Agit Kabayel (26-0, 18 knockouts) is set for a special highlight: The unbeaten heavyweight will box in Germany for the first time in over two years in the fall of 2025. His promoter Frank Warren confirmed to The Ring that an event with Kabayel as the main fighter is being planned.
The 32-year-old from Bochum secured the WBC interim title with impressive knockout victories against Arslanbek Makhmudov, Frank Sanchez and most recently Zhilei Zhang – all three opponents were previously regarded as dangerous punchers with just two defeats in 72 fights between them. Kabayel stopped them all and shot up to 4th place in the Ring Magazine rankings.
“Kabayel has shown that he is not only fast and technically strong, but can also fight when it matters,” said Warren. “We have something in mind for him in terms of his opponent and he’s in a good position. There are a lot of good fights for him.” The British promoter is thus planning his first German show in almost 40 years: “It’s been a while, but I promoted and worked there years ago. I really enjoyed it and we had some good wins there. That was in the late 80s, early 90s, but maybe it’s time to go back there now.”
Back then, he worked with Universal Boxing and Peter Cole – now he wants to offer German talent a big stage again. “We might put a few of our guys on the undercard, but otherwise we’ll try to give German fighters a chance.”
