Simon Zachenhuber will fight Troy Williamson on April 11, 2026 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on one of the world’s biggest boxing stages as part of the Tyson Fury event – a decisive step towards the world championship.

Unbeaten German super middleweight Simon Zachenhuber will be part of one of the biggest boxing events of the year on April 11, 2026. The 27-year-old will step into the ring at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London in front of around 60,000 spectators as part of heavyweight superstar Tyson Fury’s comeback.
Zachenhuber will face top British fighter Troy Williamson, who previously attracted international attention with a win against the previously unbeaten Callum Simpson. The fight is seen as a decisive step on the way to the super middleweight world championship. The fight will be broadcast worldwide on the Netflix streaming platform.
With an unblemished record of 28 wins from 28 professional fights, Zachenhuber is already one of the most successful German boxers in his weight class. After his victory over the then WBO top 4 ranked Paulinus Ndjolonimu in July 2025, the Bavarian finally established himself in the international rankings and is currently ranked among the top 10 in the world by the WBO and IBF.
Switch to Goldstar Promotions via Kabayel team
The path to the international stage came about through the close exchange within the team of heavyweight star Agit Kabayel. Even after a planned appearance on Kabayel’s undercard failed to materialize at short notice, Team Zachenhuber and its manager Wolfgang Greipl remained in close contact with Kabayel’s management.
Manager Lasse Krüger finally made contact with promoter Spencer Brown, whereupon Zachenhuber switched to Goldstar Promotions and Lasse Krüger has since joined Team Zachenhuber. Thanks to Brown’s international network, Zachenhuber has now been placed at the top-class event in London.
“The hardest fight of my life”
Simon Zachenhuber says about the fight and the event: “This is my chance to prove myself on the biggest stage in the world. Just the thought of entering the stadium with 60,000 people is motivation enough for me to give 120%. Agit has recently shown that boxing is still alive in Germany. I want to play my part in making our sport bigger here again!” The “Matador” had this to say about his opponent: “His last win says everything about his qualities. It will be the toughest fight of my life, but I feel ready!” Zachenhuber says of his goals: “I would love to fight for the World Championships this year. But for now, my full focus is on this fight!”
Spencer Brown revealed: “Simon’s 28 victories show his great potential. We are working on making the fight the final eliminator for the World Championship and have big plans together! We are delighted to have him under contract with Goldstar.” Wolfgang Greipl commented: “I am delighted for Simon that we have achieved exactly what we set ourselves as a goal in the last few months with the complete restructuring. The way to the top and I would like to thank Lasse and Spencer for their contribution.
“The biggest problem that German boxing currently has is the lack of a platform,” said Lasse Krüger and continued. “Simon now has the chance to prove himself on the world stage and if he takes advantage of it, the goal is to organize a world championship fight in Munich this year.”
